What is the cost of a session?

My full rate is $130/session. Each session is 50 minutes long. Some reduced fee spots are currently available. Please note on the contact page if you’re interested in a reduced fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will pay the full session rate.

What days are available and where is your office?

I see clients on Wednesdays and Thursdays during daytime hours. Ecotherapy sessions are available some weekends. I see folks in-person in East Nashville and also offer virtual sessions for all Tennesseans.

Do you offer an intro call?

Yes! The first step for all prospective clients is to reach out via the contact page to schedule a free, 15 minutes phone call. The purpose of the call is to see if we are a good fit! During the consultation, we will discuss your needs and expectations for therapy, as well as any questions you may have.

Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance and would be considered Out of Network. I can provide a superbill to submit for insurance reimbursement if needed. Please contact your insurance company to ask about out of network benefits.
