Counseling

  • Nature Therapy

We are all part of nature. Nature has been used for centuries for healing and spiritual connection. I utilize nature therapy to help clients connect with their roots. By doing so, clients learn to let go of the expectations and stress put on us by modern living. Nature therapy interventions are used in person, over telehealth, and of course, outside.

  • Mindfulness

“Being over doing” is a practice that we continually revisit. I utilize mindfulness practices to help clients stay present and loosen their grip on control and stress. Mindfulness practices may include meditation, breathwork, nature interventions, somatic work and more.

  • Brainspotting

I’m trained in Phase I and II of Brainspotting. Brainspotting is a powerful brain based therapy used to help clients connect and work through unprocessed trauma. In short, an eye position is found in the client’s visual field and is used to connect with parts of the brain that would take longer to access if using typical talk therapy. • Internal Family Systems

IFS greatly influences my personal healing and the way I see my clients. IFS is a model of therapy that sees people as a collection of our various inner parts including our Self (true essence, soul). As we get to know our inner parts with compassion, we become more integrated and balanced.
